1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of all products, services, memberships, software, educational programs, communities, digital content, events, and offerings provided under The Bitcoin Family ecosystem, including but not limited to:

- Freedom Academy
- Freedom Builder
- Didi Bam Bam
- Didi AI
- Freedom Engine
- Any current or future brands, programs, products, services, or affiliated businesses operated, managed, licensed, or controlled by the Company
By purchasing, accessing, or using any Product or Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Definitions
"Company" refers to the legal entity operating the applicable Product or Service.
"Customer" refers to any individual or entity purchasing or accessing a Product or Service.
"Membership" refers to any paid access, lifetime membership, community access, training access, software access, educational program, or digital offering.
"Platform" refers to any website, portal, application, software, Discord server, Telegram group, community platform, Whop environment, AI tool, membership area, or other digital environment operated by the Company.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or access any Product or Service.
By using the Products or Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
4. Products and Services
The Company may provide:
- Educational programs
- Online training courses
- Memberships
- Community access
- AI tools and software
- Webinars
- Live events
- Group coaching
- Educational content
- Discord communities
- Telegram communities
- Digital downloads
- Lifetime access programs
- Other digital products and services
The Company reserves the right to modify, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue any Product or Service at any time.
5. Educational Purposes Only
All content provided through the Products and Services is intended solely for educational and informational purposes.
Nothing provided by the Company constitutes:
- Financial advice
- Investment advice
- Legal advice
- Tax advice
- Accounting advice
- Professional advice of any kind
Customers remain solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, investments, trades, and outcomes.
6. No Guarantee of Results
The Company makes no guarantees regarding:
- Financial results
- Investment performance
- Trading results
- Business results
- Personal outcomes
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Each Customer's success depends on numerous factors beyond the Company's control.
7. Account Access
Access to Products and Services may be provided through:
- Membership portals
- User accounts
- Discord servers
- Telegram groups
- Whop
- Websites
- Software applications
- AI tools
- Educational platforms
Account access is personal and non-transferable.
Customers may not:
- Share accounts
- Sell access
- Transfer memberships
- Provide login credentials to third parties
- Circumvent access controls
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination without refund.
8. Digital Products and Waiver of Withdrawal Rights
By purchasing any Membership, Product, Service, Community Access, Educational Program, Software Access, AI Tool, or Digital Content, the Customer expressly requests immediate access and delivery.
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that digital content and services may be made available immediately after purchase.
The Customer further acknowledges that access to purchased Products and Services may include:
- Account creation
- Login credentials
- Community access
- Discord access
- Telegram access
- Software access
- AI tool access
- Training access
- Membership area access
The Customer expressly agrees that the statutory right of withdrawal shall terminate once any of the following occurs:
- Login credentials are issued;
- Access is granted to any Platform;
- Access is granted to any Membership area;
- Access is granted to any Discord or Telegram community;
- Access is granted to any educational content;
- The Customer logs into any Platform;
- The Customer accesses, views, downloads, streams, participates in, or otherwise uses any portion of the purchased Product or Service.
Once access has been granted or any use has occurred, all sales become final and no refunds shall be provided except where required by applicable law.
9. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Products and Services, all sales are generally final.
No refunds, chargebacks, reversals, or credits shall be provided after access has been granted or any portion of the Product or Service has been used.
The Company may, at its sole discretion, grant exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
Any exception does not create an obligation to provide future refunds.
10. Community Standards
Customers agree to conduct themselves respectfully within all communities and platforms.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund for:
- Harassment
- Hate speech
- Threats
- Fraud
- Spam
- Disruptive behavior
- Sharing confidential content
- Account sharing
- Violation of these Terms
11. Intellectual Property
All content, software, materials, videos, documents, graphics, branding, AI tools, educational materials, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of the Company.
Customers may not:
- Copy
- Reproduce
- Redistribute
- Resell
- Republish
- Record
- Modify
- Commercially exploit
any Company content without prior written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Lost profits
- Trading losses
- Investment losses
- Business interruption
- Loss of opportunity
- Data loss
The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the applicable Product or Service.
13. Indemnification
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
- Use of the Products or Services
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of applicable laws
- Actions taken based on educational content provided by the Company
14. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate access at any time if a Customer violates these Terms.
Termination for cause shall not entitle the Customer to any refund.
15. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Internet outages
- Government actions
- Cyberattacks
- Platform failures
- Third-party service interruptions
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Seychelles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Products, Services, Memberships, Communities, or related transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Seychelles.
