You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to access or purchase any Product or Service.

By using any Product or Service, you represent and warrant that:

Nothing provided by the Company constitutes:

Customers remain solely responsible for all decisions, investments, trades, transactions, actions, and outcomes.

The Company does not act as:

• Investment advisor
• Portfolio manager
• Asset manager
• Broker
• Fiduciary
• Custodian

No communication from the Company shall be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, stake, lend, borrow, or otherwise transact in any financial asset.

Cryptocurrency investing, trading, staking, yield generation, lending, borrowing, derivatives trading, algorithmic trading, and automated trading involve substantial risk.

Customers acknowledge and agree that:

• Markets are highly volatile.
• Prices may change rapidly.
• Losses may occur at any time.
• Partial or total loss of capital is possible.
• Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• Market conditions may change unexpectedly.

The Customer assumes full responsibility for all risks associated with participation in cryptocurrency markets and use of any Product or Service.

The Company may provide access to educational information regarding trading bots, automated strategies, indicators, software tools, algorithms, or automation systems.

The Customer acknowledges that:

• Automated systems may generate losses.
• Automated systems may experience periods of underperformance.
• Automated systems may react to abnormal market conditions.
• Automated systems may be affected by liquidity conditions.
• Automated systems may be affected by exchange-specific events.
• No automated system can guarantee profits.

All trading activity remains solely the responsibility of the Customer.

The Company may integrate with or provide access to third-party services including exchanges, brokers, custodians, software providers, payment processors, liquidity providers, and other external platforms.

• Binance
• Bybit
• Coinbase

• Sequence
• TradingView
• Discord

The Company is not responsible for:

• Exchange failures
• Exchange insolvency
• Liquidity shortages
• API failures
• Service interruptions
• Platform outages
• Security breaches
• Delayed execution
• Order failures
• Pricing errors
• Data inaccuracies
• Third-party actions or omissions

The Customer assumes all risks associated with the use of third-party platforms.

The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from:

• Flash crashes
• Flash spikes
• Flash wicks
• Price anomalies
• Liquidity events
• Market manipulation
• Slippage
• Abnormal spreads
• Delayed market data
• Exchange-specific price movements
• Unexpected volatility
• Liquidations
• Stop-loss executions
• Trailing stop executions
• Take-profit executions
• Market gaps

Customers acknowledge that cryptocurrency markets may experience abnormal events that result in gains or losses.

The Company makes no guarantees regarding:

• Profitability
• Trading performance
• Investment performance
• Capital preservation
• Recovery of losses
• Business outcomes
• Educational outcomes

Any examples, case studies, testimonials, performance reports, screenshots, historical data, or projections are provided for illustrative purposes only.

Access is personal and non-transferable.

Customers may not:

• Share accounts
• Transfer memberships
• Sell access
• Share login credentials
• Circumvent security measures

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

By purchasing any Membership, Product, Service, Community Access, Educational Program, Software Access, AI Tool, Digital Content, or other digital offering, the Customer expressly requests immediate performance and delivery.

The Customer acknowledges that access may include:

• Account creation
• Login credentials
• Membership access
• Discord access
• Telegram access
• Software access
• Educational content access

The statutory right of withdrawal shall terminate once access is granted or any use has occurred.

All sales become final once access has been provided, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Due to the digital nature of the Products and Services, all sales are final.

No refunds, chargebacks, reversals, credits, or cancellations shall be provided after access has been granted.

The Company may grant exceptions at its sole discretion.

Any exception does not create a future obligation.

Customers agree to act respectfully within all communities.

The Company may remove or suspend any Customer for:

• Harassment
• Hate speech
• Threats
• Fraud
• Spam
• Misleading information
• Account sharing
• Disruptive behavior
• Violation of these Terms

No refund shall be provided following removal.

All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of the Company.

Customers may not:

• Copy
• Reproduce
• Redistribute
• Resell
• Republish
• Record
• Modify
• Commercially exploit

any Company Content without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• Trading losses
• Investment losses
• Loss of capital
• Lost profits
• Missed opportunities
• Liquidations
• Exchange failures
• Exchange insolvencies
• Flash crashes
• Flash spikes
• Liquidity shortages
• API failures
• Data inaccuracies
• Software interruptions
• Third-party actions
• Security incidents
• Business interruption
• Consequential damages
• Indirect damages

All Products and Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

The Company's total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the applicable Product or Service during the preceding twelve (12) months.

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Use of the Products or Services
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws
• Trading activity
• Investment decisions

The Company shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Government actions
• Internet outages
• Cyberattacks
• Exchange outages
• Third-party platform failures
• Wars
• Pandemics
• Power outages
• Blockchain disruptions

The Company may collect and process personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

By using the Products and Services, the Customer agrees to such processing.

The Company may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Products or Services following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Company may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms.

Termination shall not entitle the Customer to any refund.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Seychelles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the Products, Services, Memberships, Communities, or related transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seychelles.
